Back to Lectures

Its been a few weeks since exams have ended now (results on Tuesday!) and life has settled down back to normal. The library has once again become a mere notion and the finer points of med school life have returned to my attention! First of all, medics drama is putting on another production, this time is Midsummer Nights Dream, so im looking forward to being a part of that! I've recently got back from rugby tour to Antwerp. That was AWESOME!. Loads of fun, the best way to unwind after the stress of exams!
Academically, we start some new and exciting modules this semester. The main module we pick up is Neuroscience (the brain!). We also do some pharmacology (nothing specific just the way the body deals with drugs in general). One of the coolest modules we're doing at the moment is about cancer-it's really up to date and cutting edge and has quite a strong clinical feel to it!
Well, I think that's just about all that has happened recently, ill write another entry after I get my exam results next week (if this is the last you hear from me, assume they weren't very good....) :-)
